I personally find myself using 500 to 600 the most. I feel the most comfortable with that range. And you guys?

About the 200- limit, I really enjoy some industrial and dark stuff, even ambient, it's all about how you feel the music, not even about the kick... If the music has strength in the ambiance, I find it more powerful than, for example, faster hardtechno or tribecore.
